I live in North Carolina,if I give up my parental rights will I still have to pay child support?

You cannot just terminate your own parental rights. This has to be done by the parent having custody of the child. Second, grounds for termination have to be established. Assuming that the grounds have been met and the action is being brought by the custodial parent, yes, you can relinquish your parental rights and it will cut off your duty to provide support for the child.
