Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

I live in the state of North Carolina. I want to marry my girlfriend. If I do so, will my child support order increase. I pay my support order every month and have my little girl on my insurance.

From your post it sounds that you have a child and a girlfriend who is not the mother of the child. I don't see what marriage to the girlfriend has to do with child support owed to your daughter.

Child support is based on the mother and father's combined gross monthly income and the number of overnight visits the child has with you. The child support, if through child support enforcement, gets evaluated every several years. The fact that you pay for health insurance should be considered. Your child support obligation will neither increase or decrease because of your marriage to anybody. It will change only if your or the mother's income situation changes.
