Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina
I have been married coming on two years now from that marriage I have a daughter who is going to be three months old in our marriage we own a home when we got married I moved all the way across the country to be with my wife but things just aren't working and I miss everything I had back home but now I have a child to think about and want her to have a relationship with my family and I want to move home I just want to know if I can get split custody being so far away

This question is unanswerable. Unless your wife is super awesome and willing to work with you regarding the custody / visitation, you'll just have to hire an attorney and roll the dice like everyone else.
