I have been married for 2 mos and have recently found out that my husband has a criminal record and has filed 2 bankruptcys. Am I eligible for an annullment?

Maybe. Your husband would need to have actively and directly lied to you about these matters. If you were simply lazy and just never looked into it, then you are most likely ineligible for an annulment.
