Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

May I get married in North Carolina without any economical reponsabillity with my spouse (no alimony and no assets share) in the case of a future divorce??? I mean, what kind of contract do we need to sign before get merried???

You cannot sign such an agreement. You can sign a prenuptual agreement, which would limit what items and money your potential future spouse could have or not have in the event of a divorce, but North Carolina law won't allow you to leave a spouse impovershed.
