Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

I was married in 2005 and signed a prenup that said in the event of a divorce that I would receive $3000 a month in support. We separated and he convinced me that he was broke and could not pay the monthly allowance that was promised. I foolishly believed him and we have now been divorced for 3 months and I waived the monthly support in the separation agreement. It has come to my attention that he has been hiding assets etc and can very easily pay the monthly support. Is it possible for me to go after him for the monthly support that was promised in the prenup?

Talk to a family lawyer, which you should have done at the beginning here. There may be fraud here. However, you do not indicate when you were divorced so I do not know if the divorce judgment can stil be challenged.
