Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

I got married a little over a year ago. We lived together for less then 6 months and we separated. I then got deployed for 6 months and during that time she got pregnant by another man. We technically been married over a year, and I want to get a divorce because I want to be with someone else.. We got papers signed in PA but I live in NC. I live outside of the barracks and I have a 12 lease, I like where I live & the person I want to be with lives with me. I need my BAH, but I want to get a divirce! What do I do?
