Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina
I met a man last year and had a baby that was a result from a one night stand. I originally met him online. I really don't know who he is. I just have an old cell phone and an email address that both don't work. I don't know where he lives or what he does for work. I know his nick name only. I know he lives Washington state and I live on the East Coast. I am a single mother with limited support from my family.
Please give me a straight foward answer. I am new to all of this.
Any chance of finding someone like this for child support?
Would a Child Support Agency be able to locate him with the limited info?
Would they even care? Are they over burden?
Thanks for your opinions and suggestions.

Hire an investigative service. They may be able to locate him for you. There are many services that find missing persons and what you have will be a start.
Once you find him, you can file for child support in your county - the child support department will help you with support under the inter-state support act.
