Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina
Modification of Custody Agreement
I am the NCP, my ex is the CP. We have a long distance parenting plan (because she moved) and have working within its guidelines for almost 1 year. My summer visitation starts 3 days after school lets out and ends 1 days before school resumes. My ex is allowed to select 4 weeks during the summer. She has elected the week that includes Father's Day and there is nothing in the agreement to stop her.
Can I ask the court to modify the agreement to prevent her from selecting Father's Day?

Re: Modification of Custody Agreement
Your request seems reasonable and fair and would probably be granted by the Court. It seems to me your former spouse should want to avoid the expense
of court action over such an issue.
Call me if you like.
