Can I take the mother of my child to court for custody if the mother is a minor?

The mother will have to be represented by her guardian, i.e., her parents, unless she has been emancipated. Cpnsult with a family law attorney in your area to help you establish custody and visitation. If possible, this may be done out of court if the mother and her guardians will agree.
