my mother has custody of me im 17 my birth day is 10/10/92 i want to live with my dads mother how can i do that?

Wait until you are 18 on October 10, 2010.
File an emancipation petition.
Just go - you will be so close to the time you turn 18 that your mother will see the futility of protesting and bringing a lawsuit, which police will not be likely to enforce given your age.
But try and talk to your mother first and see if she will be reasonable. If that will not work, my suggestion is just to go. You are too close and once you turn 18, that will be the end of it as far as custody is concerned.
