Moved and my visitation rights?
I moved before my son was born. It was due to getting a much better job. Should she share in meeting me half way on my weekend visitaions? It takes me 4 hours to get him then another 4 hours to bring him home. This is becoming a finacial burden along with my support payments

"Should" and "must" are two different things.
The woman (who frequently makes less that
the man) willgenerally say her car does not
run and she cannot take off from her job and etc.
She will not usually make it easier on you
unless you maybe pay more in child support
to sweeten the deal. If there is a formal
visitation arrangement in
a court order you may have to get back into
court to address the qeustion. Good luck.
