Our firm does a comprehensive Separation Agreement for a flat rate fee between $250 and $500 depending on the complexity of the document which will cover everything the average couple would need to address in the Agreement. On occassion, a couple will need an Agreement that is very detailed in certian areas - most common are issues regarding children and division of property and /or finances, in which case a higher fee would be reasonable. If you'd like, feel free to give us a call and we will go over the various options and what you should be on the look out for. (910) 333-9679
