Notification of non-custodial parent of out-of-state move
I have moved out of state for a better job. The father has no visitation rights and provides no support and has had little to no contact with the child. Do I have to notify him of my new address or even that I have moved?

No, as long as there is no court order in place requiring you to do so. However, you might consider doing it anyway to give the father the option of creating a relationship with the child.
