Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

I owed my home before my marriage. I want to end my marriage for many reasons. My wife says she isnt leaving, although she owns her own home ( before the marriage also )..what can I file to remove her from the home. Things are really bad.

Get a family law attorney to file for a legal separation. It isn't needed in North Carolina, but if your wife is making you miserable and she will not leave, then you have no other option.
