What are exact statutes relating to parental liability for South Carolina (2 statutes) and North Carolina (3 statutes)?

"Parental liability" can cover many things. You need to be more specific. I can't tell if you are talking about civil liability to third parties, care of children, child support, educational or medical responsibilities, etc. Title 20 of the South Carolina Code covers the family law statutes. As far as North Carolina, you will need to contact an attorney from that state.
