Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina
If two parents have a custody agreement through a mediator signed by a judge in NC can one of those parents then move 6 hours away into another state without the other parents permission?

Depends on the terms of the Agreement. If the Agreement was drafted properly, it should be fairly easy to determine if there is a clause which restricts where the parties can move to.
