Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina
If both parties did not sign a Certificate of Marriage or the license in North Carolina. are they legally married?

How can this be? Talk to the register of deeds where the license was issued and determine if this can be corrected. You may have to submit affidavits of the parties to the marriage and the witnesses and/or the minister.
