Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

My ex does not pay child support for our one child and is from North Carolina.I re-married to a guy in the military and now I live overseas. Since I have full custody, can I file for child support while overseas? And if so, how?

You would probably need to hire a local lawyer (possibly in the city where the ex lives or where you and the child make your permanent home) to file a lawsuit against ex for child support.
