How much should I have to pay during separation if my wife is the one who is leaving and does not work? We have 3 kids.

It is impossible to say given the information you provided. If she has the kids child support if applicable is set by guidelines based on your incomes unless you agree otherwise and as to spousal support / alimony it could literally vary from nothing to more than you have per month. Your best bet is to consult with a local family law attorney who can assess your situation in more detail. Some attorneys have free consultations so feel free to shop around.
