Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

permanent Allimony

My son was married for 18 years the Final Judgement for the divorce was granted in Dec, of 2006.At which time his wife was granted child support for thier two minor children and also her part of his retirment.During their legal seperation she was also awarded Temp. Allimony for one year. Now it's coming up to the time the allimony order is expiring,she is coming back and saying that she wants more support and also medical coverage... claiming she suffer from depression due to the marriage.None of her claims were made during the divorce perceedings.What can we do?
