Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

pick up/drop off & different states

My husband is in the military and back in 04 my ex boyfriend put an injunction so I don't leave Miami-Dade County, and so we went to court to settle our problems. I got permission from the courts to leave to the state that I'm in now because of my husband orders, but it doesn't say when he's done with the military I need to move back to Miami. Well my ex saids I can't stay in NC but no where in the court order it saids I need to move back to Miami Dade just saids I got permission to relocate. Other problem is he picks up my son soon from miami to nc but wont drop off he saids thats my job to come down all the way to miami to pick him up, but I can't be doing this every visitation since I have two other children (one being at school). Plus we don't have the funds to fly down every single time. It saids in the papers ''if i were to relocate he needs to pickup & drop off my place, his place, daycare, or mutually agreed upon place. We both have the share the cost of my son plane fare, but now he's refuses to bring him back. What do I do? I've been calling my old lawyer but he's constantly busy, and time is running out and we're waiting on my husband getting out to stay living here. I'm afraid and stressed out by all of this, thank you.
