Property Dispute

I have a car that is in my ex-boyfriend's name that I am paying for but my name is not on any document concerning the car. He refuses to sign the car over or send me current insurance/registration cards even though I'm paying for all of it. If I let the car go, can he in anyway sue me over it?

Whose name is on the loan, if any? Why are you paying for it? Where is it registered? You should consider consulting an attorney before you stop paying or do anything else. Good luck.
