Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

I am putting together a separation agreement for a marriage that only lasted 10 months. We were married 5/28/2011 and separated 3/3/2012. We only have the property that belonged to each of us separately before we got married and are asking for nothing from each other. How do I notify my spouse of said separation agreement, get it to him to sign and file it when I have no address for him? The last place he worked was in Statesville, NC but he doesn't have that job anymore. The reason for the separations agreement is to protect my property in case something happens to me before we can get a divorce.

Its easy to find someone. There are many services who find missing heirs or spouses for a fee. If money is tight, try doing your own detective work at sites like www.zabasearch.com for free. If you want to pay, there are some people finder services like www;intelus.com. If you are totally stuck, then hire a service or a private detective. They will find him.

Once you locate your spouse then you can see if he will sign the agreement. Make sure that you notarize it and if you each sign at different times, then have each signature notarized.
