Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

I have been receiving $700/mo in child support by my son's father who is an unemployed drug dealer. He has now decided not to pay or possibly pay $350/mo. With regular deposits in my account, can I fight him on this matter?

You probably shouldn't. If he's paying $700 and he is unemployed - you are doing good. I would clearly advise him to pay you the minimum child support of around $50 per month. If you fight him on the matter and he seeks the advice of an attorney you may very well start seeing $50 checks per month. Count yourself lucky he hasn't decided o do that.
