Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina
I am recently divorced, however my attorney did not do anything with the child custody, and will not until I pay more money. I have attempted to offer my exwife an agreement to settle the support and custody, to encompass the visitation rights. She will not agree to anything in an attempt to keep me from seeing my children. I unfortunately dont have the 5,000-7,000 that the local attorneys want to take my case. Is there any legal assistance out there that I can apply for to receive visitation rights to my children?

Call us at 333-9679 and make an appointment. Our firm can most likely help you at about half what other attorneys are charging and we don't necessarily have to have everything up front to get the ball rolling for you.
