Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

Hello, when we separated in Feb 2016 I only took my car, my dog and my clothes. The car was in both of our names. He has refused to sign over the POA the entire time and told me to wait until the divorce was final. It was listed in the separation agreement however, his lawyer did not list it in the divorce decree. We have been legally divorced since April 2017 and he is still refusing to sign the POA. How can I make him do this?

Well you likely don't need a POA. Depending on what you mean by 'it was listed in the separation agreement' you may want to simply have the separation agreement enforced. It pretty much sounds like you haven't had an attorney throughout this whole process - you need to bite the bullet and hire an attorney or just be prepared to drive the car you have as is until you run it into the ground.
