Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

My ex and I have a signed seperation agreement from NC.....after we signed everything, we ended up living together again as husband and wife. Does this make our seperation agreement, along with everything in it, null and void? Or does it still stand?

Depends. A well drafted Separation Agreement will have a clause in it that specifically addresses that situation.
