Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

I had my sons fathers rights terminated well the father got killed in a car wreck, can i now have the termination papers set aside so my son will quifliy to recieve social secuirty money. my son was 1 when i had this done now he is 9 his father just died. social security just dinied my case because of the tremination papers

Nope. Termination is termination. You can't have it both ways.
