Nothing, your home goes with you where ever you are - your house on the other hand and the land it sits on is a different matter entirely. Since you presumably owned the house prior to any marriage, you will retain a primary interest in the house. Your spouse however will being to accrue a marital interest that will likely grow larger the longer you are married. If you want to minimize the possibility of losing you house or other property to a divorce, then consult with a local family law attorney about a premarital agreement. Best of luck.
