Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

Can a unwed mother keep moving from place to place without giving but a few days notice form the father who pays child support.It is in the contract that she has to give more notice.She has done this before and got away with it

If you are paying the child support into the cs collection agency then it is their problem to find her. You just pay your money to them and they send it to her.
