Visitation Problem

I have custody of mine and my ex-wife's 6 year old son and she currently has visitation. I recently discovered that she is now involved in a sexual swingers lifestyle. Can I prevent her from having her scheduled visitation because of this or can I have her visitation either canceled or modified to be supervised?

You can always seek to modify child custody/visitation. Whether this is grounds enough is another question. Best interests of the child is the standard and if she does nothing inappropriately while the child is with her this, alone may not be sufficient to stop visitation. Again, the only way you will know is to try.
