Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina
visitation rights of a child
my ex is not paying me child support, so I don't have much money, and he makes me meet him half way, so he can get his son on his weekend. do I have to meet him halfway? I thought it was his responsability to pick up and bring our son back. our son lives with me.

Generally the terms are dictated by the courts or an agreement. If he is not following the directive or the agreement, you may need to seek a court order to enforce his obligation.
