Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina
Im waiting for my divorce to be settle however my ex spouse is going to be served papers by sheriff and my question is I found out that they no longer live in that residence and has moved, im not sure what else I can do to get my divorce done with.

It appears you are doing this yourself. If so. the short answer is hire a lawyer. A lawyer would have verified the address before wasting the money to serve by sheriff. By the time you get done bungling things and if you ever are sucessful in completing your divorce you will have like;y spent way more than the $395 it cost to have an attorney do things right
