My wife wants a divorce completely out of the blue. Our home was purchased 2 months prior to the wedding and only in her name. We've paid fro the house from a joint account since day one. she wants the house and I've been told that she doesn't owe me a dime.

You been told wrong unless you foolishly signed a prenup or other such agreement. You likely have a marital interest in the house and property. How much of an interest will depend on how much of your money and effort went into the house. Consult with a local family law attorney.
