If by 'drinking and out driving' - you mean drinking alcohol to the point of impairment and driving, then there are a lot of things you can do but likely what you ought to do is have her arrested and force her to get treatment. Seems harsh but better than having a dead son and on top of that knowing there may have been something you could have done to prevent it. Best of luck.
