I suppose its possible under a harassment theory and /or inflection of emotional distress. There may even be some criminal liability depending on what the nude pics / videos contain. But your odds of winning, especially in the civil arena are most likely pretty slim. Even if you did win, the odds of the type of person who would send nude pics having any assets to sue for is also most likely pretty slim. Besides what's big whoop? Ex-girlfriend sends some nude pics / videos (presumably of her self), break out the popcorn and have a few laughs!
