my and my wifes drivers licence are pa but we live in nc were do i file for devorce

In order to file for divorce in North Carolina you must have been physically separated - meaning not living together for a period of one year AND either you or your spouse must have resided in North Carolina for the 6 months prior to filing the complaint for divorce. As far as North Carolina is concerned what state you have drivers licenses in is irrelevant.
