If you needed your car's transmission rebuilt - would you ever even think to do it yourself if you aren't a mechanic - let alone actually attempt it. Of course not - that would be just plain stupid. Attempting to do your own legal work even if you are an attorney - is even stupider as you likely have better odds of getting the rebuild right (at least there are manuals for that). Anyhoo, as to your question, without knowing more, based on what you have provided, all we can say with any meaningful degree of certainly is maybe you do maybe you don't - with possibly slightly more odds on maybe you don't.
