Legal Question in Medical Leave in North Carolina

Calling out sick

I have called out of work 5 times

because my child was sick and had to

go to the doctor. I am a single mom

and the only one who can care for

my child when she is sick. Does this

qualify under the FMLA? One of the

times she had Strept Throat and had

to stay home for 3 days. Does this

qualify under the FMLA?
