Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina

I need an attorney for a will contest
My father pasted away 1 yr ago very ill not in his right mind he made a will and he was in the care of the state of NC at the time three broken ribs a smoking illness he was to old to be operated on he was given moriffen for pain and he was on oxygen even before the nursing home we went to visit him. He tried to tell us but he really couldnt remeber what had happen he just kept saying she aint got nothing take it we are looking like what so pasted away the day of the funeral we were told he had a will but living in FL. and had made arrangements we were never told anything or given any info all we know is that a family member has taken control of my dad home remodel it and rented it out. As his kids I want to know what right do I have? I have called the county clerk office and no will has been probated yet so what can we do. Help Help
