buying things by ebay
10 dias ago my friend was looking for one conveyor oven and he found one by Ebay, He bid for 6000 and he won the bid.when he saw all specifications of oven , it was not good for my friend send to central america. then he decided no to end the transaction . Does he has legal problemswith this situation?

I am not 100% sure of this. I would check the Ebay Rules and Guidelines regarding whether or not winning a bid forms a formal contract.
