Complaint for money owed

An ''X'' borrowed money from me and agreed to pay me back. I have yet to see any monetary. The only thin I have is a verbal agreement. Please help?

If they won't pay you back then your only legal recourse is to sue them. A verbal agreement is just as valid as a written agreement, its just harder to prove.
