Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina

I co-signed for a car with my ex husband for which he failed to pay in 1998, now the company is still charging me with a judgement, even though I have done everything earthly possible to help this company locate my ex husband. It has been over 14 years since this nightmare began, can I have this judgement vacated?

Unfortunately, if you co-signed the company is able to come after you for the money owed...you can't vacate the judgment.

You should consult with an attorney for all of your options
