Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina
My ex-boyfriend will not stop calling me. He calls at least once per day. I have caller ID so I don't answer, and he doesn't leave messages, but it's really annoying. He was abusive during our relationship, so I know if I answer the phone to tell him to stop calling, he will be belligerent. How can I get him to stop?
