I need case citations from the U. S. Supreme Court, the Federal Reporter or the Federal Supplement 2d which indicates the Standard of Proof required under FCRCivP Rule 52(a).

Hmm. That's an odd question. Your context might matter (e.g. do you need this for some undergraduate course, or for personal use; and what access do you have to law libraries). Generally speaking, you should refer to a treatise or "hornbook" of some sort, e.g. Wright & Miller's or Moore's Federal Practice. This would lead to some good citations. If you had access to "Westlaw" or "Lexis" or another research database, you could find cases that way too. There are lots of ways to find that stuff, but legal training is really useful there.
