Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina
Me and my girlfriend have a child together, my exwife happens to be friends with my girlfriend infact she introduced us, as a result of their friendship, my ex is constantly around. The problem is that my ex is always butting into how I raise my son, when I say my son isn't allowed something she does it anyway, or when I say that he isn't allowed to do something she lets him do it, she totally undermines my parental authority, she's my exwife after all and has no right to a child that isn't doesn't belong to her. Is there any way to legally restrain her from being around my child?

Yes, you and your girlfriend tell her to go away. Unfortunately, you have no legal right to tell your girlfriend who is the mother to ban the other woman unless you could get a Court to agree that the things the ex-wife are doing to the child constitute endagerment.
