No attorney can answer you without seeing the complaint and answer and knowing what the case is about.
Frankly, you should not be representing yourself if you are asking this kind of question. If you want this kind of advice, you are going to have to pay an attorney to review the documents before advising you and most lawyers are not going to give advice in this situation.
