Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina

My legal remedies against a condo's Homeowners Association and Board of Director

I believe my rights have been violated by on several occasions by the directors and officers of my former home--a condo. I was fined 800.00 by the board of directors for acts I never committed-speeding on the property, loud music in my car with the windows up,trash and debris, etc-8 different alleged acts at #100.00 a piece-I was never allowed to give my side of the story and provided alternative dates and they had the meeting anyway. They put stickers on my car because I parked in the visitors space to avoid tree pollen and sap on my car and threatned to tow the same-meanwhile I counted over 20 other cars in visitors spots by people who lived in the condo's also. Only I was warned-I had a brand new company car and didn't want to ruin the paint.

They probably were but since you have moved out there is nothing you can do about it.
