Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina
I paid a company to file for dual citizenship for my two children they closed their office and moved and never filed for the dual citizenship isnt this some type of fraud. now 18 months later I finally got a hold of the company again they said they moved to another portion of the state and they tried to contact us but our number was no longer in service, but my phone number has been the same for over 8 years and has never been disconnected. I want to know if there is a way to press charges against him for stealing my money and never applying for the dual citizenship , or fraud.

Did you ask for your money back...or are they willing to do the service now? If so, use one of these methods. If not, reprot them to the attorney general's office.
